I made a new gif for Chandler but every time I try to upload it I get an “Error uploading photo.” Same dimensions as previous uploads, and well below the maximum gif file size.
Any thoughts?

This used to happen to me a lot. The only way I ever found around it was to upload it to Tinypic and then use the share on tumblr button!
